Rockford’s First ‘Pizza Pop Up’ is Next Week
We have a feeling the crust will be out of this world.
Pop up bars and cafes have been pretty popular in the last few years but this is the first time Rockford will be home to a pizza pop up, thanks to Jojo from Crust & Crumbles.
Quick background on Jojo, she started her bakery on a whim when she couldn't find a job and remembered she knew how to bake. In fact she committed to selling bread at City Market without ever making a loaf.
She's since made a huge name for herself at the market and will actually be one of the companies that will have a permanent spot in the new indoor City Market.
Which is exactly why she's raising money with a pizza pop up.
The pop up is on Friday, January 18 at Prairie Street Brewing Company from 6 until 9 p.m.
