Rockford Park District K9 Kilo, Receives Body Armor

Thanks to a donation, "Kilo" a Rockford Park District K-9 will be receiving some body armor.

According to My Stateline  Kilo will be wearing a some new stab and bullet proof vest thanks to a donation.
