Remembering The Beatles First Number One Hit in America

96.7 The Eagle will celebrate The Beatles this weekend, as we look back at their first U.S. #1 hit.

This week back in 1964 The Beatles claimed the top spot on the charts for the first time.

"I Want to Hold Your hand" went to #1 in 1964, they celebrated by releasing their follow up single "She Loves You" which also went to #1.

We will celebrate The Fab Four by starting each hour with a Twofer from The Beatles this weekend.
