Quiet Riot would have never played at this huge, historical show if it wasn't for John Cougar Mellencamp having cold feet.

On "heavy metal day" at The US Festival in California, Mellencamp was scheduled to be squeezed in between Judas Priest, Motley Crue, and others. Johnny took his ball and went home.

Quiet Riot headlines Brews and BBQ 2016, presented by Parsons Collisions Centers. Get your tickets below this fantastic video with my bestie Frankie Banali.
