Questions Arise Over How a Pennsylvania Dad Qualified for Boston Marathon

This one is pretty good. So this dude cheats in a local marathon so he can qualify for The Boston Marathon, and his kids watched!

Mike Rossi took his kids out of school to watch dad cheat in a race, great parenting! Rossi needed to run 3:25 or better to qualify. Races of similar length he ran nowhere close to that time. He finished with a time of 3:11! Also there are times during the race where he should be in a certain area, and he isn't.
