A person was arrested urinating on the 911 Call Center, and another man was arrested at the same time...I guess that makes him, number two. Think about that, the cops are their to hunt down a phantom pee pee dude, and another guy gets the cops attention.

Imagine being the person in the 911 call center that witnessed the urinating on a security camera...I mean, it has been cold out.

According to EyewitnessNews police were man aware of a man taking a squirt on the 911 Call Center in Rockford and made an arrest. What also drew there attention were protestors, including 21-year-old Ariel Perez who decided to get into it with the cops...brilliant.

After a short scuffle with the police, which you will never win...Mr Perez was arrested. So let's this break this situation down, and figure out #2...I mean Ariel. You start something and alert the cops to your mature behavior by ringing the doorbell of the 911 Call Center, and when the cops show up to arrest a dude peeing...YOU start a fight with a cop. Again, brilliant.

Perez's bond is set at $25,000 as he rests up in the Winnebago County Jail. He was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Felony Resisting Arrest. Way to rack up the charges, dude. Ariel Perez has been busted before, Criminal Trespass, so he is pretty used to being behind bars and being #2.
