For one Cherry Valley resident Christmas came a little early.

Wednesday WIFR.com reported that Lloyd Sprecher, of Cherry Valley, took home the top prize on a $30 scratch off. He purchased the ticket at the Fas Fuel at 2406 S. Bell School Road in Cherry Valley. Million $$ Match was the scratch off he bought and won $5 million on. Sprecher says he plans on using his winnings on some home improvements, making investments, and a donation to his favorite charity. For selling the winning ticket Fas Fuel received a  $50,000 bonus, which is equal to 1% of the prize amount.
