Jason Kelce took some time during the Monday Night Football broadcast to shout out one of the best things he's ever eaten on TV.

Jason Kelce Praises Old Fashion Donuts

Kelce created his very own Taste of Chicago and visited Old Fashion Donuts on the south side of Chicago to try the beloved apple fritter while also praising the 87-year-old owner, Mr. B, who hasn't taken a day off since opening the place in 1972.

Located at 11248 South Michigan Avenue, Old Fashioned is a Chicago institution, so it makes sense that Kelce would visit the Roseland neighborhood. In case you're going, there's way more than just apple fritters at Old Fashioned Donuts.

Jake Melnick’s Wings and Garage Beer Stop

That wasn't all for Kelce, though; he also stopped at Jake Melnick's Corner Tap in the Gold Coast neighborhood for some wings and beer, his own Garage Beer, a brand he and Travis Kelce co-own. If you want to try it for yourself, you can check out the Corner Tap at 41 East Superior Street in Chicago.

A Night Out in Wrigleyville

He was also spotted hanging out at Nisei Lounge in Wrigleyville. No word on if he got into the Malort. Located at 3439 Sheffield Avenue, the Nisei Lounge has been around since 1951, so it's got that old-school neighborhood feel. Your best time to go would be during, before, or after a home Chicago Cubs game.

NFL Scoreboard: Bears vs Vikings

Regardless, Kelce's trip to Chicago was a successful one. Same for the Minnesota Vikings, who came to town and defeated the Bears to start the season 27-24.

Where’s Jason Kelce Heading Next?

This week, it's a Monday night double header with the Buccaneers traveling to Houston to take on the Texans and the Chargers heading to Las Vegas to play the Raiders.
