Unbelievable Event With 100,000 Balloons Popping Up In Lake Geneva
Ladies and gentlemen, hold onto your hats because things are about to get wild and crazy at The Big Balloon Build Lake Geneva! That's right, we're talking 75 of the world's most talented balloon artists descending upon Covenant Harbor Jackson Family Activity Center. And the best part? All proceeds will benefit non-profits that provide people with disabilities with everything they need to thrive.
Sara Meyer, the owner of Wisconsin Balloon Décor, is whipping up a storm of balloon magic, transforming a gym into a dazzling, multi-colored wonderland – using a whopping 100,000 balloons! The theme is “Inspired by the Great Outdoors.”
But don't let the serious cause fool you, this event is going to be a blast! The festivities will kick off with a ribbon cutting hosted by Visit Lake Geneva before the residents of IM and the trainees at Inspired get the first look at the fully immersive, larger-than-life walkthrough experience. Thursday night will feature an invite-only VIP party that will include sponsors and the balloon artists, where we can only assume there will be a balloon animal-making competition.
March 24, 25, 26 - Lake Geneva, Wisconson
On Friday, local schoolchildren in Grades 1 through 4 will visit the Build and on Saturday, guests can enjoy the Ultimate Balloon Experience, which includes a buffet breakfast and a visit with the Easter Bunny in his burrow, who's probably made entirely out of balloons. And on Sunday, there will be an invite-only Balloon popping Party, where you can finally unleash all that pent-up frustration from your childhood birthday parties.
But the real cherry on top? Award-winning comedian Kerri Pomarolli will be there to provide some "In-Tents" Laughter on Friday night. And throughout the event, guests are asked to bring a donation of non-perishable food for the Fill the RV Food Drive to benefit local pantries.
Grab your tickets now and get ready for a wild and wacky adventure, all while supporting a great cause. And who knows, you might even catch a glimpse of the Easter Bunny hiding in his burrow made entirely out of balloons.
