Taylor Swift fans in Illinois don’t have to wait until morning to experience the magic of The Life of a Showgirl. On Friday, October 3, select Target stores will host midnight release events, giving Swifties the chance to be among the very first to own Taylor’s brand-new album.

Target is offering exclusive formats you can’t get anywhere else, including the dazzling Summertime Spritz Pink Shimmer vinyl and three special Target-only CDs, each packaged with a collectible poster. With limited stock and a four-per-guest limit, the race to get your hands on these editions is on.

How the Midnight Release Works

On October 2 at 10 p.m., participating Target stores will begin distributing digital or physical tickets in the electronics department. This ticket guarantees your chance to purchase at midnight. After grabbing your ticket, you can shop around until 11:45 p.m., when fans return to the queue to make their purchases right at the stroke of midnight.
