Returning: Fly Nonstop from Minnesota to this Stunning European Destination
Just in time for spring and summer travel, a nonstop flight from Minnesota to a beautiful European destination is back. If you've always wanted to travel to Europe or you've been and want to go back, this is a great opportunity.
I'm lucky enough to have traveled outside of the US twice in my life. Those two times, both to Europe, I've had to take two different flights. Not the end of the world, especially for an amazing trip, but a nonstop flight is even better. And this spring we'll be able to have the luxury of a nonstop flight to this particular European destination again.
Returning for the First Time Since the Pandemic
This nonstop flight was offered for the very first time back in 2019. However, MSP reports that the flights were discontinued at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. This spring will be the first time that the nonstop flight will be returning since then.
Not only is this flight returning, but there will also be a second airline that will be adding a nonstop flight to the same location from Minnesota.
Aer Lingus is Bringing Back Their MSP to Dublin Flights
If you'd like to travel to the beautiful country of Ireland, you've got the luck of the Irish on your side. Ireland-based airline Aer Lingus is bringing back their nonstop flights from Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport to Dublin.
These flights will be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting April 29th. They'll add even more flights and offer their nonstop flights every day starting this fall.
Delta is Also Adding Flights from MSP to Dublin
The other airline that is adding a nonstop flight from MSP to Dublin is Delta. It will only be a seasonal route though, according to MSP, and will begin on May 9th. The flights will be available five times per week.
The return of the nonstop flights on Aer Lingus is super exciting because MSP said with this flight returning, it means "MSP’s air service to international destinations will be fully restored to pre-pandemic levels."
If your 2024 adventures keep you in the US, though, here are some pretty cool hidden wonders you can check out across the country.
