Blue collar Missourians need not apply. If you want to live in one of the 10 most expensive places in Missouri, you better be a millionaire and sometimes even that isn't good enough.

As we begin a new year, there's a new ranking for 2024 of the 10 most expensive places in Missouri by Homesnacks. Even cities and towns at the bottom of this elite list have average home prices of over a half million while the top are multi-millionaire only areas.

What's interesting is virtually every single neighborhood/place is in the St. Louis area. How did some of the ritzier parts of Kansas City not make this new top 10 list? I'm shocked that Loch Lloyd where Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Tom Watson live did not rank here.

Here's the countdown of the brand new 2024 version of Missouri's most expensive places.
