Truckers Vote This Illinois Truck Stop 1 of the Best in America

If you want to know about great places to stop for gas and refreshments, ask a truck driver. A recent ranking shows they've voted one truck stop in southern Illinois as one of the best in America.

Transport company Prime Inc recently shared what drivers believe to be the 10 best truck stops in America. #1 on their list for commercial truck stops is a handy truck stop in southern Illinois near Frankfort. This was based on thousands of votes cast on CDL Life.

This is Mach One which is technically in West Frankfort, Illinois by address. Truckers seem to appreciate that this stop also includes Little Caesar’s Pizza, Bean2Cup Coffee and Kate’s Kitchen inside plus they add "you can park your truck, shower and fuel up before you hit the road again". Nice.

This location is also at a critical part of Illinois in the southern part of the state where trucks traveling to the southern states from Chicago can get a refresher before moving through Kentucky and beyond.

The fact that truck drivers prefer this southern Illinois truck stop is quite a vote of confidence. Who knows truck stops better than truck drivers?
