Iowa Families Basement is Flooded With Five Inches of Animal Blood

An Iowa family has a small mess to clean up, as in five inches of blood and animal parts in their basement.

From WGNTV a home in Bagley, Iowa that is next door to Dahl's Custom Meat Locker, had a gross discovery. Their baesment filled with five inches of animal blood. When the family reached out to the meat people they got this response:

"They say it's not their fault and told me 'good luck.' If I want to do anything about it, it's on my dime and my schedule." - Lestina family

An environment specialist with the Iowa DNR said that Dahl's Custom Meat Locker slaughtered cattle and hogs on Oct 3rd and flushed to blood down the floor drain. They believe the floor drain discharges into a tile which could be the same pipes as the neighbors....Yuck.
