Pair Of Illinois Students Experience Horrible Trip To Europe

A couple of college kids from Illinois were hoping for a fun spring break trip but it turned into a nightmare.

Back in my early 20s, my friends and I liked to party every weekend in Chicago. It would get crazy at times. We definitely had our fair share of fun and a little bit of trouble along the way. Luckily, it wasn't anything too serious.

Two Illinois College Students Arrested In Denmark

One time my friend and I went to a bachelor party in the city. When it was over, we wanted to meet up with some other buddies. We grabbed a cab to get to the next bar. The driver was trying to rip us off and took us way out of our way.

We got in an argument with the cabby. He threw us out of his cab and took off. We started walking and a couple of minutes later a cop car pulled up and arrested us for not paying the fare. Luckily, it all got worked out in the end but it was scary.

A pair of college students from Illinois decided to go to Denmark from Spring Break. On the last night, they grabbed an Uber but put in the wrong destination. They asked the driver if they could get out. He started yelling at them but then left.

As the duo were getting ready to catch their flight home, they were arrested for not paying for that Uber. They spent two weeks in jail but are still stuck in Denmark until their court date. Hopefully, they'll get it figured out soon so they can come home. The laws are different in Europe so it's been a difficult process. This could be one of the worst spring break trips ever. I could just imagine how scary it is.
