In Illinois, a senior citizen customer is put in a headlock by a store employee.

I've never worked retail but I still know the rule of thumb, "The customer is always right." I'm sure there are some situations where this doesn't apply but I think, for the most part, they should at least be treated with respect.

Apparently, this store clerk was absent on "how to treat a customer day.:"

According to wandtv.com,

"In Decatur, Illinois, an AutoZone employee put a customer in a headlock during an argument. He's accused of getting into the face of the victim, who was at least 60 years old and telling him to “get the f*** out of my store." He grabbed him and put him in the headlock before hitting him in the face and body more than once and dragging him between aisles. A store manager separated the two.".

I think it's safe to say, he will be looking for a new job when he gets out of jail.
