I've heard of some really strange and unique stuff that mysteriously disappears. Then, it makes me wonder, what do the criminals do with it? Would someone actually buy it?

The Police in Illinois were recently contacted by a company about a huge stolen shipment. It contained 25,000 pounds of Seeq protein powder. Luckily, with some key detective work, the cops discovered the stolen shipment. They found it in an old warehouse located in Bridgeview. It was all there.

According to Fox 32 Chicago...

Police found about 25,000 pounds of stolen protein powder in a warehouse in suburban Bridgeview last week.

 

A supply chain company contacted the sheriff’s office Organized Retail Crime Unit to report that a large shipment of Seeq protein powder was missing.

Investigators learned that the stolen protein may be in Illinois, located the warehouse and found the stolen shipment.

Okay, so these thieves stole 25,000 pounds of protein powder. What are they going to do with that? Is there a major black market for that stuff? Do they sneak around gym locker rooms and try unload it there? This whole thing baffles me. Maybe, that's why they just left it in a warehouse to be found. The whole story is very strange.
