An Elmhurst man caused a disturbance over the weekend at a local restaurant after failing to pay for his meal, police said.

Recently, a man in Illinois went out for brunch. For some reason, he wasn't happy with the situation, so he made a huge stink about it and caused a huge scene in the restaurant. He refused to pay his bill. The employees ended up having to call the cops because it started to get ugly. The customer ended up getting out of control, so he was arrested. He's no longer invited back to the place.

This is a very interesting situation. The suspect seems to be a serial troublemaker. He was arrested a few times in the past, so the same kinds of problems. On Halloween, he was harassing little kids and smashed a phone. Maybe he needs some tougher penalties, so he finally learns his lesson and stops acting like an ass.
