When I think of a stereotypical prisoner, I imagine a man with big muscles and a look on his face that could scare Dracula himself.
According to RebootIllinois.com, the Department of Corrections has a large amount of their inmates that are senior citizens.
Who is the oldest prisoner in Illinois?
His name is Chester A. Stabrowski who is 94 years old and is from DuPage County.
He was born on December 11, 1920 and is serving his sentence of 6 years. He is scheduled to be released June 8, 2017.
He was arrested on Oct. 14, 2009 and his offense was Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault
He is currently in the Dixon Department of Corrections.
