First off let me explain something very important...in no way is this any sort of political statement. Through the beauty of social media, I have seen people instantly get attacked or take great offense to the vaccine because of political views. Are you blue, are you red? Do you think politicians have secretly implanted a tracking device in me along with the shot? Whatever your political views on the COVID-19 vaccine, hey good for you! But this is my story about getting the shot and it doesn't involve ANY politics.

Back on March 18th I went to the website WCHD and typed in my information. On Monday the 22nd, I received an e-mail telling me that my appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, has been scheduled. Today I received my first vaccine shot, for you.

I received my vaccine for two young girls that I now get to see quite a lot, and I love dearly.
