Help Rockford Bring Davis Park Back to Life

Last August Rockford was treated to the return of live music in Davis Park with a month-long concert series called, "Music At Davis Park". It featured music from a different band each week, local food trucks and vendors, beverages, and it was a wonderful experience to be a part of!

I remember back when I first started working for Q98.5 and I spent SEVERAL of my summer weekends enjoying concerts in Davis Park, and I LOVED every minute of it! Then it all went away, and summer hasn't felt the same since.

Ready for the cool news? Rockford has the chance to bring the music and fun back to life in Davis Park once again this summer, but they can't do it without our help.

Go Rockford announced on Wednesday that our city is in the running for a grant from the Levitt Foundation that would make a 10-12 week free summer concert series possible in 2020 at Davis Park, but they need our votes to make it happen.

Rockford is up against 32 other cities from across the nation for this grant, and the city with the most votes gets the money. We need to make this happen for Rockford. PLEASE click here now and vote.
