In case you weren't already aware, one of the Rockford/Loves Park/Machesney Park area's greatest groups is turning 50 this year. Not a musical group, but a super-talented and dedicated group of water skiers who've been delighting audiences with free shows every summer.

From 1967 right up to the present day, the Ski Broncs have been packing in the crowds at Shorewood Park every summer, and they're showing no signs of slowing down.
