It's funny because for most of my life, I wasn't a fan of breakfast or breakfast foods, but over the last couple of years, it's become my favorite meal of the day. I also love eating at local diners because I know they serve breakfast all day, and the food is going to be delicious.

A few years ago, I got the opportunity to interview Guy Fieri. First of all, he was a great interview and a nice person. He's become huge in the food world. When he gives a recommendation, people will flock to that restaurant. There's a diner in Illinois that he really likes, and the main reason is for the pancakes.

The restaurant is located in Springfield. If you're ever in the area, check out Charlie Parker's Diner. The place is famous for its pancakes. Plus, you're getting a lot for your money because they are 16 inches, or the size of a pizza. I'm going to have to try those out someday soon.
