Former Rockford TV Anchor Diagnosed With Celiac Disease

Dani Maxwell is an incredibly strong, and beautiful person.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Dani a bunch when she was on TV in Rockford.

I was truly sad to see her leave the market and go up to Madison. Dani is a bright, fun person that is very passionate about her job.

In April of 2015 Dani gave birth to triplets, sadly the children passed away. With this extremely difficult situation, Dani fell ill. The exhaustion, the depression, the mental and physical toll this took on Dani was great.

According to Dani's post at WKOW (Her new TV home) after months of not feeling well, her Dr diagnosed her with Celiac Disease. Celiac Disease is an auto-immune disorder where ingesting gluten leads to damage of your small intestine.

Diet and lifestyle changes are needed to combat Celiac Disease, and I'm positive that Dani Maxwell will take this next challenge head on.
