Dunkin’ Donuts Officially Changing Its Name in January

DD will be no longer, come January 2019 when Dunkin' Donuts is officially changing its name.

We kind of feel bad for the donuts.

As of January 1, 2019, Dunkin' Donuts is dropping the 'Donuts' from its name.

Why? Because the future Dunkin' wants you to think of them for coffee and other drinks instead of fried dough.

We heard this would happen, but it wasn't until this afternoon that the name chance was name official.

While Donuts will be dropped from the name, they won't be dropped from the menu.

Plus, aren't the donuts being dunk-ed, like isn't that the point of the name to begin with?
