Drug lord ‘El Chapo’ to formally regain Chicago Public Enemy No. 1 title

To be #1 at something is usually the ultimate goal. #1 Dad, #1 on a donor list, #1 customer at Dunkin Donuts. But Chicago's Public Enemy #1?

Drug Lord El Chapo has escaped from a Mexican prison and is on the loose. Who knows where he is, but Chicago is honoring him as Public Enemy #1.

According to WGN, turns out Chicago is the hub for his drug trade and U.S. distribution. So with that, El Chapo joins the ranks of Al Capone as Chicago's Public Enemy #1.

Do you get a parade, a crown, cool t-shirts? How about free ice cream?  I see an awesome Quentin Tarantino movie coming. I think Johnny Depp would make a great El Chapo.
