I was utterly surprised when I saw the results of a recent survey about the complaints about the TSA at the two major Illinois airports.

How Do 2 Major Illinois Airports Rank When It Comes To Complaints About TSA?

Don't get me wrong, I love living in Rockford but I do really enjoy traveling to other places too. If it wasn't for time and money, I would do it much more often. As a kid, we did a lot of long car trips so nowadays whenever possible I prefer to fly.

Of course, like anything else, there are good and bad points about flying. It's much faster to get to your destination by air. When I only have a couple of days I want to get there as soon as possible to enjoy as much vacation as I can. I don't want to be in a car.

If you've flown over the past couple of years, you know how much of a task it has become. That includes getting there hours before your flight. Also, airports are a huge hassle. The worst of all is going through security.

I recently flew out of O'Hare and it had been several years. That place is a madhouse. The TSA security was ridiculous. They were screaming, yelling, and being rude to everyone. So, I was very surprised to see how they did with complaints from passengers.

Upgraded Points

When it comes to the most TSA complaints, O'Hare was ranked 38th in the U.S. I thought for sure it would be in the top 5. Midway Airport in Chicago isn't much better for the experience. They were rated 5th for the fewest number. It makes me wonder who they talked to. I'll just stick with flying out of Rockford.
