Midwest Farmer's Markets Are A Great Place For Shopping In The Fall
In the midwest, we've got a great alternative to grocery stores during the fall. I'm talking about farmer's markets. I actually went to one last weekend and found some delicious items. I stocked up on plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Wisconsin To Host Unique One-Of-A-Kind Farmer's Market
What I really like about farmer's markets is they all have their own personality. Though they all have some similarities, they all also have their own twist. I've just heard about a new one coming soon to Wisconsin. The potheads are going to love it.
Cannabis-Themed Farmer's Market In Wisconsin
The state of Wisconsin is hosting the very first ever cannabis-themed farmer's market. This inaugural event is taking place on October 1st from 10 am to 7 pm at Canna Bloom Farmacy in Hartford (2770 East Sumner Street). There will be twenty different vendors participating.
This 420 farmer's market will feature live music, movies, free samples, games, activities, prizes, local growers, and food trucks. It is also a benefit for Family Promise of Washington County homeless shelter. If you make a donation you'll receive free admission and a 20% discount in the store.
How Is It Possible To Host A Cannabis-Theme Event In Wisconsin?
Wisconsin is not a legal recreational marijuana state like Illinois. So how is this even possible? Where there is a will, there's a way. All the products are hemp-derived. Plus, they worked hard with the local government to make sure everything runs smoothly.
According to cannabloomfarmacy.com,
There will be over 20 vendors supplying a wide range of legal hemp-derived products, as well as glass artwork, CBD honey, Delta 8 THC vape carts, and freshly baked edibles.
All products being sold will have a valid certificate of analysis to prove they are compliant under the 2018 farm bill.
