‘Boots’ Caused Car to Crash Into Building in Wisconsin Town

A pair of boots a woman was wearing in Middleton, Wi caused her to crash her car into a building. NBC15

A car crashed into Le Nails Salon on University Avenue in Middleton, WI at 2pm on Tuesday. There was one employee of the nail salon that was injured with the vehicle crashed into the building, she was transported to a local hospital.

So here's what happened with this crash...At first I kinda doubted this story, but the more I think about it, this totally could happen. Also, why would someone make something up like this.

The woman driving the car that crashed into the building, said that her foot slipped off of the pedal and her BOOT got caught between the gas and brake pedal. The car was accelerating and with her one foot being stuck, she couldn't stop the car! Boom!

Imaging the horror of getting your shoe/boot caught in the middle as you are moving, and you can't stop your car! Yikes!!!

The car accelerated and crashed through the front glass panel of the store where the gas then stopped.

While the driver was not injured in this crash, what a dilly of a pickle! Your boot is so big and bulky that it was caught between the pedal and YOU are stuck in an accelerating car.
