Big News, the New Steakhouse Opening in the Old Five Forks Illinois Location Has a Name

For 15 years, Five Forks served up incredible food in Rockford until 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic began impacting restaurants around the area.

Five Forks created a community of guests that will truly be missed. And, none of what was accomplished would have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the amazing staff members we had over the years.

The owners do have another dining option in Rockford at Edgebrook, Baker Street Burgers.

ANOTHER RESTAURANT OWNER IS EXPANDING

The owner of Omakase, Matt Idzikowski, is a restauranteur who also owns Vintage @501 is bringing Rockford another top-of-the-line eating option.

Idzikowski's new venture will be dishing up succulent mouthwatering steaks, seafood, and more.

The new restaurant will sit in a heavily trafficked area in Rockford just a matter of time before a big change happens in Rockford. PRIME will be just over a mile from Rockford Casino (A Hard Rock Opening Act) and just less than 2 miles from the permanent Hard Rock location.
