Anthony Rizzo made his first virtual stop at Lurie Children's hospital in Chicago and the moments are priceless.

There are so many ways we were all changed in 2020, but when I see photos like this I think about those children especially who are battling cancer and pretty much live in the hospital.

COVID didn't cancel their illnesses. They still spent so many days fighting disease and in a much lonelier environment than before, so seeing photos like this warms my heart that things are closer to 'getting back to normal.'

The Anthony Rizzo Foundation shared these photos on Twitter after a virtual visit from Anthony.

What a gift and inspiration for these kids to talk with a super star baseball player who's also a cancer survivor.

You can help bring happiness to the kids at Lurie's from your own home by texting HOPE44 to 52000 to donate $20 to be a part of the hospital gift bag program.
