So here we are, my first day ON THE AIR on The Eagle. I typically do not get nervous or have anxiety, but whenever you start something new...who knows exactly what will happen.

My way to handle any type of nerves are:

  • Take a deep breath
  • Glass of water
  • Get your mind thinking only positive thoughts
  • Beer (May not be used today)
