So here we are, my first day ON THE AIR on The Eagle. I typically do not get nervous or have anxiety, but whenever you start something new...who knows exactly what will happen.
My way to handle any type of nerves are:
- Take a deep breath
- Glass of water
- Get your mind thinking only positive thoughts
- Beer (May not be used today)
