Not that Wisconsin needs to do anymore celebrating, but these numbers have changed in recent years. Back in 2016 Wisconsin has 12 of the top 20 drunkest cities. So two Wisconsin cities can't hold their liquor anymore I guess? CBS
So here's the study, the survey, the belly up to the bar info on this...A drink is considered 0.6% of pure alcohol. Here are examples:
- 12 ounces of beer
- 8 ounces of malt liquor
- 5 ounces of wine
- 1.5 ounces of 80-proof distilled spirits or liquor
