Would Rockford support WWE Superstar and actor The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, if he ran for President of the United States of America in 2020?

Yeah, that's right. Dwayne Johnson, a.k.a. The Rock, is considering a run at the presidency.

In a recent interview with people.com, he said "it’s a real possibility.”

You might think it's crazy, but after Donald Trump anything is possible.

There have already been other celebrities mentioned for the 2020 race. Oprah's name has been tossed around. Kanye West has said he wants to run. Even comedian, Chris Rock, has talked about getting into the action.

Can an actor / professional wrestler handle politics? Well, Ronald Reagan was an actor first. Wrestling legend, Jesse Ventura, was the Governor of Minnesota. I think they did alright as politicians.

The big question is would the people of Rockford support Dwayne Johnson for president?

The BMO Harris Bank Center sells out when WWE comes to town.

Showplace 16 is packed when The Rock has a new "Fast and Furious" movie come out.

Best Buy has movies starring Dwayne Johnson fly off of their shelves.

Think about the press conferences. They would be WWE Style.

I think Rockfordians would be all about The Rock as president.

There would be so many Rock for President bumper stickers and signs all over town.

What do you think? Would you vote for Dwayne Johnson?
