Will Rockford See Snow This Christmas?

I'm dreaming of a white Christmas. Will it happen?

To me, the best part of living in the Midwest is the probablity of having a white Christmas. Snow can be absolutely beautiful, granted you don't have to drive anywhere, and it is even more magical when it's Christmas.

Since Christmas is 7 days away, I thought to myself, "Hey Lori, will there be snow for Christmas? Why not find out! The Weather Channel gives a 10 day forecast!"

Yes, I literally thought that to myself.

So I did some investigating and this is what I found:

For Rockford, IL, the Weather Channel says that it will be partly cloudy, high temperature of 29° and a low of 22° and a 10 percent chance of precipitation.

That means no snow right? Bummer.
