West Coast Swing Flash Mob Danced All Over Rockford

There were West Coast Swing dancers taking over Rockford on Saturday with an incredible flash mob.

I'll admit, I've never seen a flash mob in person. Have no idea what a flash mob is? Well, it's basically when a bunch of people get together in a public place, turn on some music and start dancing. No one knows the flash mob is coming and it's a fantastic surprise for the unsuspecting crowds.

On September 3, there was an enormous flash mob that took place all over the world. It was the International West Coast Swing Flash Mob. West Coast Swing dancers from around the world created videos from their dancing locations.

I scoured the internet high and low looking for different cities videos trying to find the best.

I may be bias, but I think the Rockford video is pretty impressive! Watch as they dance their way across The Forest City!
