Watch Amazing Rescue After Severe Flooding In Charles St. Parking Lot

Extremely heavy rainfall in Rockford on Monday caused flood damage all over the city. The Schnuck's parking lot on Charles St. saw some of the worst flooding.

Thank goodness these men were close by, it wouldn't have been much longer before this man's car was completely submerged.
