The most maddening of annual events occurred recently. The nominations for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame's Class of 2015. It's really coming down to who isn't nominated/inducted, and why. For a moment, let's ignore the fact that Madonna and Donna Summer are in, but Cheap Trick, Deep Purple, Yes and a thousand other far more worthy artists are locked out, yet again. Fans are allowed to cast a votethat will be tallied among the seven hundred or so total ballots. All fan votes will be tabulated and the top winners will be presented as one completed ballot.
