This Is Illinois’ ‘Craziest Law’ According to MSN

All of a sudden underage kids are registering for culinary school.

MSN put together a list of the 50 craziest laws for each state and Illinois' "crazy law" was one I've never heard.

According to MSN, "In 2012, the state acknowledged that it's legal for a minor to "drink" (sip and spit) if he or she is enrolled in a legitimate culinary program. Cheers to a well-rounded, or should we say full-bodied, learning experience!"

Who knew that you could drink if you were a minor and enrolled in a legit culinary program.

Keyword being "legit." Cooking at your parents house while knocking a few beers back while underage doesn't count as a legitimate culinary program.
