This Fake News Story Is Making The Rounds Again

There is a fake news story that is making its way around the internet again.

I think it's bad enough that there is "fake news" floating around on the internet and social media, but how does the same one keep coming back around?

Back in May, there was a story circulating about a man in Illinois that won the lottery. To get revenge on his boss, he bought thousands of dollars worth of manure and had it dumped on his lawn.
