The 96.7 The Eagle Lemonade Stand is Coming

On Friday July 22nd The Eagle is going to sell lemonade and with your help raise money for GiGi's Playhouse.

Here is part of a letter explaining the lemonade stand:

My name is Grace Berlage, founder of GiGi’s Lemonade Days.  Six years ago I had my first  lemonade stand and raised $500 for GiGi’s Playhouse, an organization where my sister Julia participates in educational and social programs that are free-of-charge to individuals with Down syndrome.  Over the past six years, the annual fundraiser has raised over $22,000 for GiGi’s programs!  I am happy and proud that Lemonade Days has become an annual tradition and raised this much money for such a good cause!  In addition to raising money, Lemonade Days also raises positive awareness about Down syndrome and educates our community about GiGi’s Playhouse!

So after talking to Lori about this, we are ready to do our part and have our very own Lemonade Stand here at The Eagle.

Mark Friday, July 22nd on your calendar from 12p-3p. 3901 Brendenwood Road in Rockford. We will have additional 96.7 The Eagle giveaways at our stand, and a bunch of surprises.
