Stroll on State Parade This Saturday

Sure the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade is nice, but what about Stroll on State? According to Go Rockford's Facebook page this years parade will have balloons similar to the ones you saw on TV Thursday morning. Sign me up!! Who doesn't love a parade and I've never seen balloons like that in person.

The Merry and Bright Parade is this Saturday the 25th and will start at 3pm. The route is set to start on Wyman Street at the Rockford Public Library and move south to State Street. From State Street the parade will then head east across the State Street Bridge and end on North 3rd Street.
