Speaking of Weed, People Are ‘Watch ‘Cats’ High’, Here Are Their Amazing Stories

The movie "Cats" is getting slammed for being terrible. Box office experts are saying that this movie is going to lose its "tail."

But with the new laws in Illinois, I came across this amazing article (Thanks Erin Gellert) that might interest some of you... "People are seeing ‘Cats’ while high out of their minds. These are their stories."
