Ramen is all the rage but how big is it in Rockford?

If you didn't know, ramen has come a long way in the past few years. Not that there's anything wrong with the brick of ramen and season packet it's just what used to be a way to survive as a poor college has graduated to something bigger and better.

Well, there's a list (albeit a short one) of Rockford restaurants that have ramen on the menu.
