If you dream of "flying high", boy do I have something for you!

According to the Monmouth Illinois Police Department Facebook Page, they have an airplane that was found with 200lbs on marijuana in it. Here is the clever write up:

In December of last year, an airplane was found “chillin” at Monmouth’s Municipal Airport. This naughty airplane had over 200 pounds of refined marijuana (AKA: doobie, treefer or wacky tobaccy) in its belly.

Aviation is groovy, but drug smuggling is not. As per the Illinois Drug Asset Forfeiture Act, this great looking Cessna is now up for sale, courtesy the Illinois State Police, Monmouth Police Department, Warren County Sheriff's Office and the Warren County State's Attorney.

If you dream of flying at high altitude, feeling the wind in your hair and listening to John Denver then this is your chance to bid on an affordable plane at auction. This beautiful 1963 Cessna 210c will be up for bids on August 4th, 2018 at 1:00 PM
