Rockford Museum Looking for Owner of Lost Parrot

Last Friday somebody's parrot decided the outdoor park at Rockford's Discovery Center Museum looked like an awesome place to call their new home, and although we can't blame the bird for that decision, the museum would really like to find its owners.

When I saw this post over the weekend on the Discovery Center Museum's Facebook page, I knew I had to share it. Thankfully the lost bird is safe at the museum, but I'm betting some local family is really missing their beloved bird.

Last I checked, the Discovery Center is still looking for the bird's owners, and that makes me sad. Please share this info with everyone you know so we can get this parrot home safe and sound. Thank you!
