According to WIFR Rita Crundwell started a top-secret bank account back in 1991. This account was filled with money she was stealing from Dixon, Illinois.

Rita is currently behind bars serving a twenty-year sentence for jacking Dixon to the tune of $54 million dollars and now there is a movie about it. Grab your popcorn people, this is a good one. "All the Queen's Horses", will be shown at the Historic Dixon Theatre on Oct. 28 and Oct. 29.

Crundwell was arrested in 2012 after the FBI had been tracking her for a while. Now comes a documentary about her illegal activities.

It's interesting to see what these big-time criminals spend their money on. Rita was into horses, and not just a couple to ride around town. She had a nationally renowned horse-breeding operation, sounds expensive.
