Popular Rockford Clothing Line Facing Billion Dollar Lawsuit
You want to know what makes me feel like a bad friend? Day after day I open Facebook on my phone or laptop and see really good people trying to make a living or earn some extra income selling makeup, shakes, wraps, candles, wine, supplements and leggings; all stuff that I really love and need, yet I haven’t purchased a single thing from them.
It’s not that I don’t support them and what they’re trying to do, it’s just that I already have this preconceived notion that once I start buying, I’ll be sucked into conversations about how I’d be a great distributor, that I’d make all this money and have all the time in the world to spend with family and friends; which all sounds wonderful, but to be honest, I just don’t believe the hype.
I have yet to see one of my friends retire at 35, with thousands in the bank, because they were selling leggings, dresses and skirts. Is it because LuLaRoe is really just a pyramid scheme?
That’s what some sellers are saying and now they’ve filed a $1 billion lawsuit against the company. That’s according to CBS who says that the LuLaRoe’s founders are now speaking out against the accusations.
This leads me to ask this question- for those of you who are a distributor for LuLaRoe, are you making any money?
