KISS at BMO over the weekend was amazing. Everything you would expect from the "hottest band in the world" and more.

The whole "Freedom to Rock" title was no joke, the lengths that the band went to show their support was incredible.

I teamed up with my childhood friend for a night of rocking out and plenty of laughs. Here are My Five Favorite Moments From the Rockford KISS Concert:

  • Meeting the band with and without make up - They were great, as friendly as it gets
  • Led Zeppelin intro - Led Zep is played just before they drop the lights, to watch and listen to a packed house sing along made me feel good.
  • Pledge of Allegiance - KISS saluted our military and had everyone, hand over heart give the Pledge of Allegiance.
  • They played Flaming Youth
  • Rick Nielsen joined KISS for the encore and even played the solo during "Rock and Roll All Nite"

A great night with an arena FILLED with Eagle listeners, I can't complain. If you missed either of my KISS interviews with Paul or Tommy, here you go!
