For this episode of Things Double T Has Never Done In Rockford, I go behind the scenes at Mary's Market to learn the secret of making danishes.

Each week, Andrea from the Rockford Area Convention and Visitors Bureau takes me to experience something new.

For this episode, we headed over to Mary's Market on East State Street. During our visit, Tim from Mary's Market showed us around. Besides making all those delicious holiday-themed cookies, we got to find out about all the other fun things they do.

It's always great to go somewhere there is tasty food because I know we are going to eat well.

On our tour behind the scenes, I got to meet Rafael. He has worked at Mary's Market as a chef for over twenty years. He took the time and showed me how to make their famous danishes.

Here is the video of my time at Mary's Market. I hope you enjoy it.

If you get a chance, stop out at Mary's Market and try some of their tasty treats.
